Doctoral student in physics at the Science University of Iceland, Science Institute

A doctoral student in physics at the Science - HI17040149

Post doctoral student in physics at the Science Institute is open for applications for the project: excitation of nálægðarhrifa and magnetic coupling Act of amorphous poly law. The project is funded for three years by the Research University.

Categories

PhD project focuses on amorphous segulfjöllög that have been mynstruð the islands at the nanoscale. The layers have different Curie temperature and the magnetic bias direction, and the interactions between the layers provide multiple layers overall magnetic properties which differ from each layer. These properties may be controlled in various ways student will investigate new ways. The potential applications for such custom magnetic materials can be found in many areas such as sensors, evaluate materials and textile technology. Student work will include the cultivation of thin hides and patterns as well as analysis of the structural and magnetic properties of nanomaterials Struk riding. The work will take place in nanotechnology cluster, and with international research institutes abroad. It is expected that the candidate will present their results at international conferences and in peer-reviewed journals.
