Research associate required as part of an international project on thin film photovoltaic devices at the University of Luxembourg within the Laboratory for Energy MaterialsThe scientific aim of this challenging project is to produce high quality compound semiconductors for photovoltaic devices using innovative synthesis methods. The heart of the project lies in producing low cost Cu(In,Ga)Se2 precursors which are then crystallized using a short laser pulse. The laser annealing will be carried out together with the University of Utah. If entirely successful this method would provide a way to produce high quality Cu(In,Ga)Se2 up to a 100 times faster with much reduced thermal cost. For further information about the group please
