At the Department of Physics and Astronomy, with access February 1, 2018 or by agreement.

 

At the Department of Theoretical Physics, the Department of Physics and Astronomy, research in string theory, quantum field theory, supergravitation and related mathematical physics. Examples of activities include supersymmetry, AdS / CFT, integrability, super-Yang-Mills dispersion amplitudes and supergravitation, cosmology and string phenomenology.

 

The service requires a university degree in physics. The application must contain a letter in which the applicant describes himself, his qualifications and research interests as well as CV, copies of academic grades, completed degree work or draft and other relevant publications and references. Please include recommendation letter.

 

The PhD student's appointment is limited to 4 years full-time studies, maximum 5 years if institutional service is added. Holders of doctoral posts must mainly engage in their own postgraduate education. Other duties at the department regarding teaching and administrative work may be included within the scope of the employment (max 20%).

 

Graduate education comprises four years.
