Postdoc in Experimental Quantum Optics at Center for Hybrid Quantum Networks, Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen

The positions will be part of the experimental quantum photonics group headed by Prof. Peter Lodahl (wwww.quantum-photonics.dk) within the Center for Hybrid Quantum Networks (Hy-Q, https://hy-q.nbi.ku.dk).
In the quantum photonics group, we specialize in developing quantum photonic nanostructures for deterministic photon sources including single-photon sources and multi-photon entanglement sources. The developed hardware is employed for quantum-information processing applications for advanced quantum communication and photonic quantum computing.

Several postdoc positions are currently available within the following areas: 1) Deterministic generation of photonic cluster states with quantum dots in photonic nanostructures. 2) Application of advanced single-photon sources for quantum cryptography. 3) Photonic quantum computing with quantum dot photon sources.

Inquiries about the positions can be made to Prof. Peter Lodahl, lodahl@nbi.dk, phone: (+45)20565303, Assoc. Prof. Leonardo Midolo, midolo@nbi.ku.dk, phone: (+45)23234169, Dr. Stefano Paesani, stefano.paesani@nbi.ku.dk, phone: (+45)35336386.
