Postdoc of Theoretical High-Energy Physics

The position is in the field of the formal study of the structure of scattering amplitudes in gauge theories. The ideal candidate has recently or will soon complete the PhD and has a background in the worldsheet formulation of scattering amplitudes, the underlying positive geometry of scattering amplitudes and the symbol entries that occur in multi-loop scattering amplitudes beyond the rational case.

The postdoc’s duties will include research within the field of scattering amplitudes as well as teaching. The post may also include performance of other duties.

Terms of employment

The position is covered by the Memorandum on Job Structure for Academic Staff.

Terms of appointment and payment accord to the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations on Academics in the State.

The starting salary is currently up to DKK 434.179 including annual supplement (+ pension up to DKK 74.244). Negotiation for salary supplement is possible.
