Key Responsibilities: Conduct data analysis on “flavour anomalies” in beauty hadron decays and measurements of CP violation. Develop sophisticated amplitude analysis techniques to maximise sensitivity to new physics phenomena. Contribute to detector operation and future detector upgrades, including development of trigger and particle identification technologies using novel hardware accelerators. Develop fast simulations using generative machine learning techniques. Opportunities to contribute to phenomenology and software development. Person Specification Essential Criteria: PhD in particle physics or a related field (awarded or near completion). Experience in flavour physics or a related area. Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
