£27025 to £31302 per annum, depending on skills and experience (minimum £30395 with relevant PhD).

Applications are invited for the above EPSRC Impact Accelerator Account (IAA) post to work with Prof Neil Oldham in the School of Chemistry, University of Nottingham on the development of liquid chromatography-native mass spectrometry as a novel platform for drug screening.

 

Candidates must hold, or be about to obtain, a PhD. Practical knowledge and expertise in mass spectrometry (including LC-MS) is essential. In addition, candidates should have proven practical, organisational and interpersonal skills. The postholder would be expected to play an active role in promoting collaborative research between the University of Nottingham and project partners, including spending time conducting research at both institutions.

 

This post is available immediately and will be offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 10 months.
