A Research Coordinator position in materials chemistry is available in the group of Professor M J Rosseinsky FRS. You should have a PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Computer Science, and an excellent publication record. High-level skills in experimental and/or computational materials chemistry and demonstrated ability to take responsibility in research organisation are essential. Candidates with expertise in battery materials and battery electrochemistry are particularly encouraged to apply, though we are open to a broad range of skills that should be shown to be relevant to group activity in the application. The role is ideal for an ambitious individual with an intellectual curiosity, the ability to think creatively and the desire to be a part of a multidisciplinary, dynamic research environment.
