Job description:

Scientific services in research and teaching in the field of bio-organic chemistry and cell biological studies; determination of properties of the hydrogel layer on healthy and infected lung epithel by developing a new method for labeling protein and glycan cell surface molecules with responsive fluorescent dyes; cloning and expression of tagged membrane proteins in human cell lines; solid phase peptides synthesis and conjugation chemistry; fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry; tasks for own scientific qualification

Requirements:

Completed university degree and PhD in the field of bio-organic chemistry, chemical biology or biochemistry; practical experience in chemical synthesis, cell biological studies, protein labelling, fluorescence imaging desirable; very good command of written and spoken English; ability to do interdisciplinary work and transdisciplinary communication
