We are seeking a highly motivated MR Physicist to join the Magnetic Resonance and Precision Imaging (MR&PI) theme of the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Nottingham Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) which is led by Professor Dorothee Auer. The MR&PI theme comprises a collaborative team drawn from MR Physicists, Clinical Academics and Imaging Scientists of the Sir Peter Mansfield Imaging Centre (SPMIC), Clinical Scientists of the Nottingham University Hospital Trust (NUHT), and partners in the School of Computer Science.

This is an exciting opportunity for a researcher with a relevant PhD and postdoctoral experience to develop Magnetic Resonance (MR) Physics projects that address the objectives and proposals within the MR&PI theme. The School of Medicine recognises the importance of continuous professional development and therefore the importance of providing opportunities, structured support and encouragement to engage in professional development each year.
