The candidate will assist in performing structural activity relationships (SAR) to inform of chemical modifications towards the synthesis of potent, brain penetrant small molecules against oncogenic drivers and/or processes. The Project Scientist will work with other members of the ATID to select new lead drug candidates for glioblastoma/CNS malignancies through analyzing and interpreting biological and biochemical data, in vivo PK/PD, as well as other ADME data from drug candidates. The Project Scientist will also assist in developing synthetic routes to optimize the synthesis of potential drug candidates.
