I. Introduction to Precision Optical Engineering Technology Research Institute of 
Tongji University The Institute of Precision Optics Engineering Technology of Tongji University (hereinafter referred to as the “Institute”) was founded in 2002. It is based on the construction of the School of Physical Science and Engineering. "Full Chain" Precision Optical Technology Innovation Base, which integrates technological innovation, scientific and technological achievements, and professional personnel training; is the supporting unit of the National Natural Science Foundation Committee's "Strong Laser Device Basic Technology Research" innovative research group, and is an advanced microstructured material. The institute has undertaken a number of national and local key scientific research tasks, such as the National Science and Technology Major Project, the National Major Scientific Instruments and Equipment Development Project, the Natural Science Fund Key Project, the Satellite Pilot Project, and the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan. The contract amount is more than 200 million yuan. It has won the second prize of 2011 Shanghai Technology Invention, the first prize of 2015 Ministry of Education Technology Invention, the second prize of 2016 National Technology Invention; the patent technology of "High Performance Laser Thin Film Device and Equipment" series. III. Applicant Conditions and Job Requirements 
Basic research positions must meet the following requirements: 
Engage in nanometer measurement, metamaterials, supersurface, thin film physics, material physics, laser physics, modern spectroscopy, synchrotron radiation, computational optics, X-ray optics, Basic research in the field of neutron optics. Applicants who have published high-level academic papers in important academic journals in the physical or nano-related fields are preferred. 
1. The position of researcher 
(1) has a doctoral degree and is a deputy senior or equivalent professional title of a well-known university or research institution at home and abroad for three years. The first appointment age is not more than 40 years old in principle;
(2) Hosted state-level scientific research projects (overseas experience participants have participated in similar-level projects); published at least 5 SCI papers by first/communication authors in the past five years, or published a high-profile breakthrough by peer experts Horizontal academic papers. 
2, Research Associate post 
(1) has a doctorate, as well-known domestic and overseas universities or research institutions or equivalent positions intermediate grade and above, the expiration of two years or post-doctoral work station, the first principle, more than 38 years of age appointment; 
(2 Presided over provincial and ministerial level research projects (overseas experience participants have participated in similar level projects); published at least 3 SCI papers by first/communication authors in the past three years, or published one article with significant breakthroughs recognized by peer experts. 3. Assistant researcher positions 
(1) Post-doctoral or doctoral graduates of well-known universities and research institutions at home and abroad, the first appointment age is not more than 35 years old; 
(2) At least 2 SCI papers published by the first/communication author in the past three years Or publish a high-level academic paper that is recognized by peer experts as a major breakthrough. 
The application of the research position must meet the following requirements: 
technical innovation in the field of engineering optics such as optical design, precision mechanical design and manufacturing, optical processing, optical film technology, micro-nano processing technology, optical inspection, precision optical instruments. Applicants with work experience in the field of optical engineering and application examples are preferred. 
1. Researcher position 
(1) has a doctoral degree. He is a senior university or research institution at home or abroad, and has a deputy senior or equivalent title and above three years. The first appointment age is not more than 40 years old. 
(2) He has presided over a national research project ( Overseas experiencers have participated in similar level projects); in the past five years, more than 5 SCI/EI papers have been published by the first/communication authors (including at least 2 SCI papers as the first/corresponding author), and have been provincial-level The second prize and the above research achievements rewards (the top 2 in the provincial and ministerial level awards) do not require SCI papers. 
2. Associate researcher position
(1) With a doctoral degree, serving as a middle-level professional title or above for a full-time or post-doctoral period in a well-known university or research institution at home and abroad, the first appointment age is not more than 38 years old; 
(2) presided over the provincial level and above. Research projects (overseas experience participants have participated in similar level projects); in the past three years, the first/communication author has published more than 3 SCI/EI papers (including at least one SCI paper published as the first/corresponding author). Those who have won the second prize at the ministerial level and the above scientific research achievements (the top 3 in the provincial and ministerial level awards) do not require SCI papers. 
3. Assistant researcher positions 
(1) Post-doctoral or doctoral graduates of well-known universities and research institutions at home and abroad, the first appointment age is not more than 35 years old; 
(2) The first/communication authors published at least 2 SCI/EI in the past three years. Papers, or publish a high-level academic paper that is recognized by peer experts as a major breakthrough. 
Engineering technology development research positions must meet the following requirements: 
engaged in high-power laser thin film devices and equipment, X-ray multilayer film devices and systems, synchrotron radiation technology and applications, engineering technology research and development, results transfer and professional personnel training. Applicants who have great interest and enthusiasm for the direction of production, research and research are preferred. 
Engineering and technical development positions require a master's degree or above, which is in line with the needs of the college. 
IV. 
Full-time research team for post treatment : 
Appointment, management and assessment according to Tongji University's “Administrative Measures for the Construction of Full-time Scientific Research Teams of Tongji University (Trial)” (Tongjike [2018] No. 1). The salary of a full-time researcher consists of a basic annual salary, unit social security, and performance rewards. 
1) Basic research position: The annual salary before tax is 300,000-600,000 yuan/person. 
2) Applied research position: The annual salary before tax is 300,000-600,000 yuan/person. 
3) Engineering technology development research position: The annual salary before tax is 200,000-400,000 yuan/person. For those who have achieved outstanding achievements in engineering application or technological achievement transformation, the equity incentive will be given according to the corresponding policies of the institute.
